The hotel's staff are friendly and accommodating, even allowing for a late check-out when needed. the location has plenty of facilities like tennis courts and pools, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. the bathroom is nicely equipped, making it easy to clean up after a long day.
Some small issues with bugs and the door's lock could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Neiva, had much fun. Our window overlooked the garden...

We had an amazing time enjoying all the hotel facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, they even allowed us to check out later when our car broke down. the hotel was clean and well-equipped, and we would definitely come back if given the chance.
Can't fault anything about it.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the club facilities, especially the pool, which was very comfortable. the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The doors to the room could use better weather sealing to keep out bugs, and we had to put towels at the bottom of the door when leaving and returning.

The hotel pool was really nice and the weather was perfect for sunbathing. the staff was friendly and always offered to help. the Christmas decorations were very festive and created a nice atmosphere.
The room was dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. the food was not so great, and there were limited options for vegetarians.
